REFUNDS policy.
We want you to feel confident when you order from Sidecar Roasters. We follow the Australian Consumer Law, and we’ll always act in good faith to fix problems quickly and fairly.
Coffee (Perishable Goods)
Coffee is fresh and perishable, so we can’t take it back if you simply change your mind.
If something turns up damaged, spoiled, not what you ordered, or clearly not up to the standard we promise, let us know within 7 days and we’ll sort it. Replacement, refund or store credit — whatever gets you brewing again.
Equipment, Gear and Merch
For brewing gear, accessories and merch, change-of-mind returns are fine within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
If it’s faulty or damaged, that’s on us. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a remedy and we’ll cover return shipping.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If something arrives busted or wrong, email us within 7 days with your order number and a couple of photos. We’ll fix it fast and cover the costs.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we receive and check any returned item (if needed), allow 3–5 business days for processing.

A Quick Note on Rights
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, doesn’t work as promised or matches a dodgy description, you’re entitled to a remedy. No hoops, no tricks.
