Casual Junior (Café Team)
Perfect first job or hospitality entry point without the chaos. Well suited for a High-School student looking for some weekend shifts..
The role
Customer service and front-of-house support
Assisting with food prep, cleaning, and daily café duties
Learning coffee basics in a specialty coffee environment
You
Reliable, switched-on, and keen to learn
Friendly with customers and comfortable working in a small team
Available for weekends and school holiday shifts
Hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential. A good attitude and willingness to learn matter more. ☕️

The role
Preparing and serving high-quality specialty coffee
Dialling in, maintaining consistency, and caring about the cup
Front-of-house service with regular customers
Opening / closing shifts and daily workflow support
You
Coffee background and barista experience preferred
Comfortable working independently during quieter periods
Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
Friendly, grounded, and genuinely into coffee
