RHYTHM. 1st Movement. interprets the urban landscape as a living concerto where silence, improvisation, and cadence suspend time into imagery.
Shaped by jazz, funk, the avant-garde, abstraction, and street photography, Ben Greenslade-Stanton renders life and spaces as musical architecture; each image a rhythmic fragmentation, a visual narrative carrying the syncopated essence of the world around us.
Ben Greenslade-Stanton (BGSFunk) is an Australian photographic artist, musician, coffee roaster and educator whose works intersperse rhythm, form, and the pulse of daily life. His practice connects sound & sight, interpreting the musical undercurrent of the world through photography on the streets, abstraction, and improvisation. His work has been published in print publication and exhibited internationally, and continues to reflect his dialogue across sound, vision, and the human experience.
